I'm currently converting older Studio projects into Storyline 2. The courses are published in SCORM 2004 using Complete/Incomplete and tracked using number of slides viewed. When all slides are viewed, results are Completion: Complete and Success: Failed. I tried making the slides tracked less than 100% but still the same error. I also tried Tracking based on Score, and Success still is Failed even when the score is passed. The SCORM has Engage and Quizmaker files imported into it, and all is working OK visually, but could this be causing a problem?
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've run into updating your courses. I think we'll likely need to take a look at one of the problematic .story files, as I don't know why those tracking settings wouldn't be working for you. I assume the previous Presenter course tracked fine?

Thanks for your reply. We were able to solve the problem through lots of testing. It turns out that using SCORM 2004 2nd and 3rd Edition with Complete/Incomplete reporting causes Success to report as Failed on completion. 4th edition reported Unknown. We republished as SCORM 2004 3rd Edition with Passed/Incomplete reporting and Success now reports as Passed on completion.
This relates to testing with SCORM Cloud so hopefully this solution will also assist others.

Thank for sharing this. I changed as you suggest. I got the completion status along with success in cloud.scorm.com.
