Tracking with SABA cloud apps useing android devices

Hi everyone,

I have some tracking issue from my survey contents and SABA cloud.

I made some surveys  with Storyline 360.
It has 12 slide, some of them branches, and result slide at final.

I used "Never resume" and "Passed/Failed".
so  if once we exit it, we have to re-launch the survey at the beginning.
the result of survey are overwritten everytime by SABA cloud.

It works well on desktop/iOS app.
but SABA mobile app for android looks strange.
when i launch the survey, it works normal at first.

I re-launch the survey, i can answer the survey nomally.
but the result of survey never updated.

there are the result of my first survey still appears in SABA Cloud.

After launching survey on Android Apps, i did the survey on desktop, then the result overwritten Correctly.

i know Storyline360 dosn't support SABA mobile apps.
but if someone know how it be settled, please let me know.

I'll contact to SABA support too.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
