I downloaded Storyline 2 thinking it was just an update from Storyline but it turned out be another download. With that being said, after my trail ran out I was unable to access Storyline 2 again.
I have created a training in Storyline 2 but I did not publish it before the trail ran out. My company will not be getting the download for another couple of weeks but I need to publish the training I have created a.s.a.p.!
Is there any way that I can still publish it even though I can't access it?!
Unfortunately if you don't have access to Storyline you won't be able to publish the course. Depending on it's size, you could post it here and someone could publish it for you and send the published output back - or if you have another email address or a colleague who wants to download the trial, then you could publish it. Or, you're also welcome to talk with our Sales team about extending the trial.
