I imported an MP4 video into my Storyline slide and created a trigger to play the media (video) when the timeline reaches 30 seconds. Whether I preview it or publish it, the video starts immediately. What am I doing wrong?
You may need a trigger to pause it when the slide timeline starts, because the video will start as soon as it appears. Slide the left edge of the video to 30 sec on the timeline, and you won't need a trigger to start it.
