I was testing out a slide for a set of questions I am creating. I have a attached a slide where I seem to be having a disconnect between the triggers, submit button and the feedback layers.
I have the correct answer choice working perfectly. Not sure if I set it up correctly or not but it works. I select the correct answer, click "submit" and the correct feedback layer appears.
Not so for the other 3 incorrect choices. I have gotten results where once you click the incorrect answer, the feedback layer appears without clicking the submit button. Or nothing happens at all.
Could someone please take a look and let me know what happened?
When using a built-in graded question, there is no need for any additional triggers to display correct/incorrect feedback. See attached a cleaned-up example.
