The documents need to be stored in the same location as your .story file. I enclosed a pic of my project folder before I publish. Also, make sure that if you move the documents to the folder with your .story file you remap the path to them in Storyline.
Thanks I kept getting error messages so did know if this made it through. I can't open your attachment but I am pretty sure I know what you mean. Thanks Terry

Its a little pic of the file structure. Basically I create a folder and store my .story file in it as well as any attachment like a .pdf or .docx. That way when it publishes, it all attaches properly.
So I have these both going to the same folder. I have never had to create a separate folder for each program I do. This is performance review information. I did take an older file and updated it and resaved it differently. Do I need to resave the whole thing again. Sorry but this is confusing to me and I am not a programmer I am a trainer ☺

Do you have your .story file in the same folder as the documents? I have had issues even if I had the documents in a different location than the saved project.

i cant open them. can you use the add attachment function to the post?
It’s not letting me post my reply with the attachments. Not sure if it is our security or yours.
