Hi heroes, I have a slide with base layer and 3 further layers, all have audio on them. When I publish on tempshare and view on my ipad whichever trigger I activate first works fine and takes me to the designated layer (so all triggers work, provided they are clicked first). However, when I return to the base layer, none of the other triggers work.
This only applies to the ipad; everything works fine on the PC.
This might help if you check the format that you use to publish your slide. You have different options such as html 5/flash or flash/html5-maybe this might help with the ipad version.
Easier than that Stuart ;) I'm looking for the project file that you are working with prior to publishing. You can pop into the forum and utilize the 'Add Attachment' option right here in the Reply window.
Thanks for sharing the file Stuart. I am able to see the behavior you are reporting, although inconsistent as multiple clicks makes the layer appear. Not ideal behavior for sure and I will be sharing this with our QA Team. I do not have a resolution timeline to provide, but this thread will be attached so that I can update when applicable.

Have you checked the HTML5 version on the PC to see if there's a problem as well?

Yes, the HTML5 version works fine on the PC. It's just on the iPad that it doesn't work.

It's slide 2 (what the spec says) that is causing the problem. As i say, the triggers and layers work perfectly on the PC, but not on the iPad.
The whole project is still a work in progress, but I would be interested to hear what you think.
