I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you've run into. Are you able to share a screenshot of that error with us, as I'm not sure I've seen that language before?
It may likely be something we'd have to have you work with our Support Engineers on, so you're welcome to reach out to them here.
Here is the error message we are getting when installing the update:

The help desk installs the updates for me (I don't have admin rights to my
laptop) and we've done it many times - this is the first time we've had
this message.
If you responded via email any attachments aren't included here - so you'll need to visit the forum thread to upload the file. You can also feel free to send it right along to our Support Engineers using that link I shared.
Thanks Debra and I see our team already responded with information on how to pull the installer logs - so you'll want to follow those steps and respond to the email from Support @articulate.com
