Why is this happening?

Here is the slide in Articulate Review: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/8cd0251e-2cc2-4c7d-b77f-bd3a2c9942d1/review

Here is a demonstration of the issue: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/793da82f-78fb-402c-a080-d8ec161ae894/review

And the storyline file for this slide is attached.  Note: the attached story line file is a different story size than the original, but other than that, all is the same.

That's because of these triggers:

Those objects actually do exist before they show on the timeline. It's not as if they are non-existent, and spring into existence when the time comes. They are there, but Hidden. So when you click outside of the Award button all of them are turned to Normal state, quit being Hidden, and show up. Video protection is outside the Award button, Post-Award is outside the Award button, in fact a click on anything except the Award button is outside the Award button. I'm not sure you have to have that trigger.

Once you fix that, you may discover some other problems.

You may ask about the incorrect answers showing both the X and Check?

That's because you need one state for incorrect, and a different one for correct answers.

You may ask why I don't pay any attention to what they are saying in video 2?

That's because I'm wondering what happened to the ball of yarn, and what is the cat going to do next. Pretty solid distractor, but in my opinion, it's hard enough to keep attention focused, without introducing distractions.

You may ask why the Too Soon layer shows even if all the videos are Visited?

That's because of this trigger:

Visited is like the rest of us; it thinks it is normal. In fact, all the built-in states self-identify as Normal. Try changing it to Is Not Equal to Visited.
