I have a deliverable that is meant to go out this morning, and I cannot figure out an audio issue. Several smaller video files were created using SnagIt, and were imported to Storeyline 360. I've checked and double checked all slides, and there are no slip-ups with sound settings in Articulate. These files play just fine outside of Articulate. Please advise as to any fix you may have...I'm desperate!

Sorry you're having trouble hearing the audio in your course. I tested the LMS output file in SCORM Cloud, and like you mentioned, I didn't hear any audio.
Would you mind sharing the original (unpublished) Storyline file with me? I'm curious to take a closer look at your set up.
Also, what version of Storyline are you using? Thanks!
