Trouble with layers/ timeline

Hi,

I need your support to fix an a prblem with a layers. I create many pop ups with buttons that launch layers. The problem is that the layer is closed when the timeline ends. I configured the options that the layer is not close to finish the timeline, but the same happens. Also, the button on the base layer is locked.
