So I'm struggling getting one course to properly report to my LMS.
I've tried both options, track by results slide, and track by slides viewed, and neither of them worked properly. I actually set the number required for slides viewed down to 1, and it STILL didn't report!
I'd begin by reviewing the troubleshooting steps here on tracking and reporting in your LMS. Next, you'll want to look into checking this in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior is the same outside of your LSM.
