I am trying to publish a portfolio piece built in Storyline. When I published it to the web, downloaded as a FTP, it always opens to a page with buttons marked resume and restart. The resume button leads to a blank page. The restart button brings me to the first slide in the course.
What's going on? Does this indicate that some setting in Storyline is off?
Hello Ria, it seems like the downloaded version had a 'finished state' when you opened it, but with no progress saved. That's why when clicking Resume it brings you to a blank page.
Could you try adding a trigger so that the results are reset when the timeline starts?
