I have a few default multiple response quiz slides in Storyline 360. They all work as expected when previewed as a slide, but when previewing as a scene or published to either Review 360 or for an LMS, 2 of the 3 try again slides do not give me the try again layer, just immediately to the incorrect layer. My design is correct, and again, one works as designed. Any ideas? Thank you.
I'm happy to help! The Try Again layer appears if you have more than 1 attempt. Do you have multiple attempts on each question slide?
If so, it would be helpful to take a look at your project to see what might be interfering. You can either attach the .story file to this discussion or share it privately in a support case.

This is happening to me too.
It seems to work fine when I preview in Storyline, but when I look at it in Review 360 the Try Again layer immediately shows up.
This isnt a question slide, its a hotspot that they have to click on.
Any ideas how to fix this?
