Login issue: {"name":"AxiosError"}
Hi Everyone,
I am getting this error {"name":"AxiosError"} since this morning when I try to log in.
The desktop app logged me out and just did the usual "please sign in" thing (it happens), but this time I receive the mentioned error message on the tab: {"name":"AxiosError"}.
And 5 more static tabs is also opening at the same time with the classic "This site can't be reached" network issue.

The strange thing is that I can log in on the regular Articulate site, and I am still logged in in the browser, but the desktop app's sign in leads to this error and don't let me to use storyline properly.
If I am not mistaken this problem is not in our end.
Can you solve this issue please?
Sadly time is ticking on a strict deadline, and this is the only development tool we have. :(
Thanks!
Hello TiborMrt-2f9147
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing Articulate 360. We're not experiencing any service outages right now so there's a chance that the issue is isolated to your network or organization.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help:
- Use a different browser to access Articulate 360
- Clear your browser's cache
- Ensure your organization has access to all of the endpoints listed here.
I see that you've also opened a support case. Great call! If you're still having difficulty logging in, we'd be happy to see a screen recording of what you're experiencing as you attempt to log into your account. We can continue the conversation over in your case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your answer LucianaPiazza !
The cache already cleared. It brings back the login screen, so no blank Axios error anymore, but on both browser (Chrome, Edge) it produced a new error, image inserted.
I can log in on the regular Articulate website, heroes etc. The problem occurs when the desktop app redirects me to the sign in.
Thanks!Hello TiborMrt-2f9147! Thank you for sharing the screenshot! I just logged in from the desktop app and didn't run into an error message, so I'm wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app will do the trick. Is it possible you could try that?

I've had the same issue for the past 5 days. I still can't access the apps. I opened a case (00969381) and I'm in touch with your support team. However, none of the suggestions worked just like in TiborMrt-2f9147 case.
I found another users on this community having the same issue: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/discuss/signed-into-the-dashboard-but-the-desktop-app-wont-connect/1208314/replies/1208315
I'd appreciate if somebody on the Articulate team looked into the error message withe the redirection okta link as shown in TiborMrt-2f9147's screenshot; I got the very same error message.
Thank you!

Thank you LaurenDuvall for your reply!
It worked flawlessly for me until Friday (nothing changed). And the others in my team can also use it.
Even after the desktop add reinstall it has the same Axios Error problem.
Could you please provide a solution? The time is really ticking.
And I am curious about:
Why is this Axios and the second problem occurs? What is really happening technically? Which program/server/user side is "faulty"? Etc.
Thanks in advance.Hello TiborMrt-2f9147 ! Can you tell us what the default browser is on the machine where you are launching the Articulate 360 desktop app, and what its current version is? Also, what is the version of the Articulate 360 app according to Windows Add/Remove Programs?
Thank you.- TiborMrt-2f9147Community Member
Dear VanessaFage !
Thank you for the message. I use the Chrome browser and here are my desktop app and Chrome versions from apps menu.
In the meantime I received a working solution/workaround for my ticket from you. But yes, the best is if this is not happening at all. Thanks!
