Trying to do a demonstration via skype

Hi there. I am new to Storyline 2 and need some guidance for recording demo's via Skype. We complete all the steps but it only seems to take a screen shot from the starting point, creating just one slide. We do not get an error message. I can record a demonstration myself on my own computer which works fine, but as soon as I try to do it via Skype it doesn't work! I saw a similar question asked 5 months ago and they were referred to some guidance on troubleshooting but the link is broken. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
