please do not take this as a complain, it is just a thought. I'm pretty sure that is in everybodies wishes to have more control over Text to speech feature in Storyline. That would make it a very useful tool. Please, work on it. Other authoring software provide this feature. So, Articulate guys, try your best to make it happen.
