Hi SibaPrasa and Hon Lai,
Storyline 360 Update 80 was just released and we’ve added a number of Neural Voices to the text to speech feature. These will show up in the same place as the standard voices, under “Neural Voices”. These are voices that sound more natural and human-like and are considerably higher in quality compared to the older standard TTS voices.
A list of these voices can be found here. Updating Storyline 360 to the latest version is super easy, here is the guide in case you need it.

I find that other services such as Microsoft Azure offer the best functionality in generating TTS at a cost effective model.
Storyline's built in TTS is great for placeholder audio, but I wouldn't be using it for anything more than that.

Thanks for checking in on this! I understand you would like to see enhanced features for text-to-speech. There currently hasn’t been any movement on this as we prioritize other features.
