Turkish letter disappear in Review

Hi everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with a Turkish translation of a training that was created in Storyline. We already published the training in 5 languages and this is happening the first time.
For text that is coming from Java Script and from triggers every i goes missing when generating a review.
The special letters in the Turkish alphabeth are still displayed.
The player language is currently set on Turkish, which we need to show the results of our test. When I change it back to english, the letters reapear, but I cannot leave it that way when publishing.
Is there a solution to use a turkish player and still have all the letters?
