Since you mentioned it working when you publish to Word but not for LMS, are you able to test your course at SCORM Cloud to see if the text is missing there as well? If not, you'll want to connect with your LMS team. If you're seeing the same behavior at SCORM Cloud can you share your .story file with us here? If you'd prefer to share privately you can also send along here.
We are uploading our SCORM zip file to our Pilot environment in Cornerstone LMS.

I will upload to the Support link you provided... I need to get this resolved ASAP... Have published several other modules in Turkish and never had this happen.
SCORM Cloud is an industry standard testing environment in which to test your SCORM Content. Testing it by loading the course up to SCORM Cloud will help us determine if your LMS (Cornerstone) is having difficulty with the notes text or if there is something within the Storyline file itself that is causing the problem. If you're able to test it out there first that'll help us narrow down what is happening. When you're ready to share the file, you can try this upload link and you won't need a case number to share your .story file with us.

I just took out a free trial to SCORM cloud... and uploaded the course... it is doing the same thing there.
