Just wanted to chime in with some additional suggestions for you. What you could do is print off the content. This obviously isn't exactly what you were asking for, but it might be nice to have access to the content when you're offline.
Most browsers will allow you to print by pressing CTRL+P, or you can access the option through your browser menu.
Another option would be to save the page. Some browsers will allow you to right-click the page and choose "Save As". You can save the page as an HTML document and access it in your browser. Some browsers will include the source files for the page, as well.

I believe you'll still need an internet connection for any video tutorials included there, but otherwise you should be all set
