I have an input activity where when they put in one of the two 'correct' answers it plays the correct and incorrect layers at the same time. This is tied to pressing the enter button, not clicking Submit.
It's hard to tell exactly what is going on without the source file. My best guess is that you have audio on the base layer that is triggered to play by pressing the Enter key on the keyboard. It doesn't happen when you click the submit button.

Check the triggers for any audio on the slide.

Yay, I figured it out. I had a javascript trigger that was not getting triggered the on the slide, but on a click which wasn't working. Thanks.
