Umlaut not showing in manifest file

Hello,

My LMS won't display the titles of courses in German properly. I believe the cause is that the imsmanifest.xml file doesn't include characters that have the umlaut (ü, for example). 

I have made it work and display properly by changing the file manually, but I would like to be able to type Übersicht über die Produktpalette inside Storyline's LMS dialog and get that title to display in the LMS.

I have tried HTML codes and they don't work either. 

Is there any solution?
