Unable to change properties on a layer Feb 16, 2023 By Walkiria Jimenez-Loo Hello, I am trying to change the properties of a layer and when I click on the gear for the layer nothing happens. That is, I don't get the options to make property changes for the layer?Any advice? Thanks.

So try this: Minimize all other apps and windows on your computer, so only Storyline is on your screen. With the layer selected, click the gear icon again. Look everywhere on your screen(s). Hopefully, you spot where the Slide Layer Properties window is opening. If you still don't see the Slide Layer Properties window, contact the Articulate support staff.
