I have included a MP4 video in a slide. this also has a Closed Caption (CC) functionality in the slide. The video and the CC functionality works in Sync until the seekbar is untouched. When clicking or dragging the seekbar the video and the close captioning kept playing as if I had not moved the progress order. The CC was all out of sync.
Using the slide seek bar is not the solution to this issue. Then the video controls are useless, what are they there for? video seekbar should work properly, no tricks needed.
This is a serious issue we are having and needs to be solved
It sounds like you enabled the Show Video Controls option and are seeing syncing issues. Is that right?
