Unable to determine which file I can edit

I created a module in Storyline 360 in June.  I need to edit that file now. Because it is not recent, I had to browse for that file in My Articulate Projects folder.  I am not sure which component I need to open to edit the file.  A screenshot is attached of my file list.  I thought it would be the Storyline Content file but it opens to subfiles, none of which seem to be populated.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
