I'm using Storyline 360. I can download any template except Affinity. When I try to insert a slide from the Affinity template, I get this progress bar that does nothing.
I can download quickly any other template, without this "Downloading Template" window even appearing on my screen.
I've seen a few folks sort this issue by enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here, but it is strange that this only affects the Affinity template. If you're still at this roadblock today, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team. They'll do a deep dive on your diagnostic logs and let you know what they find.
I do not see an option to download any of the templates (Affinity or otherwise), as a whole, to the templates library. I want the ENTIRE THING, not just a slide here and there. I want all of the styles, slides etc.

I just ran a test on Storyline 360, Update 24, where I'm able to insert a slide from the Affinity template successfully.
