I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and installed update 10. This was working fine until I started editing videos, I then uninstalled and then installed update 11. I am still getting the same issue - the blue circle icon just keeps spining and then I have to reboot to carry on. Any suggestions on what I can do to solve this issue?
maybe your video is too big. I always recommend editing videos outside of storyline, because it doesn´t reduce the file when you cut it into pieces. If you have a 1gb 10 minute video and cut it 10 times into 1 minute sequences, it´s still 1gb for every piece (=10gb) in the storyline file.
You are unable to edit any video or a particular video? I would be curious about the size as well, but feel free to share with our support engineers here if you'd like since you've already conducted some troubleshooting on your own.
