I would try reinstalling storyline.  I don't think articulate respond to the error reports sent when Storyline crashes.  If you need help you probably need to open a support case.

In the meantime, ensure you have no special characters in the published name, ensure the path length is less than 255 characters. Also publish to a non network drive.

I'd follow Phil's suggestion of going through the repair detailed here and then connecting with our support team if you're still having difficulty.
