I was reading up how to add two numeric or text entry fields to a question slide. However, I couldn't get mine to work after following the instructions provided in the Articulate forum. Somebody please help me look at the attached file to determine what I am doing wrong. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your file and allowing us to take a look.
You were super close, and it's a simple fix of trigger order.
You were submitting the interaction prior to selecting the Correct or Incorrect button.
Swap those around, change the Incorrect trigger from 'and' to 'or' and it works perfectly.
