Unable to get rid of horrible glow on hover

I have a multiple choice question with radio buttons. I removed the glow and shape fill on the hover state but it still shows up in preview. I have attached the Storyline file. (SL360)

This is set in the Theme colors (see under Design>Colors>Create New Theme Colors>Accent 5). You can set that color to the background of your slide. See attached a fixed version.
