I've just downloaded an update for Storyline 2, and now it seems I can't import new slides from powerpoint more than one at a time! I get an error message from powerpoint saying it's been forced to close and the import is unsuccessful. My slides are basic - no animations, sound or large images - someone help me please!!!

Please make sure that you are working locally with the Storyline file as well as the Powerpoint file.
You could also follow the steps listed here. Do you have the powerpoint file we could test? You can attach it here if you would like.
