A few minutes after installing an update to the Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Studio, Replay and Peek), I am now unable to preview any projects (slides) in Storyline. The first slide pops up and when I click "Next", I get the circle keeps spinning. I've tried quitting and restarting, saving and re-saving, and still the same. See attached screenshot.
Anyone else experiencing trouble with the "Preview" function?
I have the same issue as Esther (sounds the same, at least). The thumbnails show the slide contents correctly but nothing plays in Preview or when published. Windows 10, in case that is relevant.
It turned out that our company branded font was causing a problem in the text fields I have embedded in the course. Ronaziel helped trouble shoot it and provided a patch. Thanks!
