Unable to publish anything

Is anyone out there familiar with the error code below. I am unable to produce the output. I have a personally created the file so it is not permission based and I have not been able to figure out what is wrong. I am using Storyline 2

Hey Bill - Sorry you ran into trouble with this. Are you trying to publish the content to Word? I've seen this issue reported when users did not have Administrative rights to Word. You can check out this thread.
