Since last week I'm having a problem to publish my course. I can't publish it in any format. Unable to review the course too. Can I send my working files for Articulate staff to take a look and advice me on the error? I managed to publish the Mandarin language version, but not the English version. I'm using Articulate Storyline 2.
Hi there, Atikah! Can you confirm a few things for me? When publishing (and saving), are you doing so to your local C: drive? Publishing can get squirrelly if you're saving those files to a network or shared drive. Maybe also ensure you have a different file / published output name to avoid any file confusion. Naming conventions on files by Microsoft is a worthwhile area to investigate (included in the article linked above).
The Preview issue is throwing me, though. I'd take a look at your Internet Explorer Flash Player version. You can find that detail here; click the Check Now button in Internet Explorer. Preview (and some other functions) rely on the Flash Player installation in Internet Explorer.

If those ideas don't resolve it, try a repair of Storyline 2.
And of course, we'd be happy to have a look at your .story file! You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of your reply.
