I have a learning module that is primarily comprised of a video with an intro and exit slide. I was trying to publish it to the Web and each time I do so, it either stops soon after beginning saying "an error occurred, and articulate may shut down" (it doesn't shut down) or it will save but the file will be missing the mp.4.
I have other modules in this format which I save today in the same way without issue. This module plays perfectly in preview. I have tried exiting storyline and it continues to happen.

Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
I understand you see an error message that reads, "An error occurred, and articulate may shut down," but it doesn't shut down. What happens instead? Can you please share a screen recording of what you're seeing?
