I updated to version 4 and we still cannot see the mp4 videos on the iPad. Also the player is oversized when the iPad is in landscape mode.
Also - it does not work at all in Google Chrome, (just spins) and in Safari you have to back out and try again, then it will run. pop-up blocker is turned off.
HTML 5 is on, not using (and can't use) the Mobile player.
Any help greatly appreciated. Use of the iPad was a big selling point to the client.
What iOS are you running on the iPad? There were a number of fixes within update 4 regarding iOS7, although I've heard reports of particular LMS's still having some scaling issues.
Thanks Rob, and I see that Regil tested the course at SCORM Cloud and saw no scaling/display issues. This means that the display issue is on your LMS side, and you'll want to check with them regarding any changes they've made or updates. I know, for example, that Moodle release a version 2.6 to deal with some of the display issues when viewing on the iPad.

In regards to mobile Safari, which is the supported browser for iPad viewing, what happens when you click on it the first time?
