I am brand new to Articulate 360 and I am trying to import Power Point files into Storyline (have tried numerous different Power Points) and each time I receive the error message "Failed to import PowerPoint presentation." I have tried troubleshooting this error using the recommendations given (not password protected, is a supported version, starts with slide 1, and attempted to "repair"), all to no avail. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
