Unable to view 'Entire Project'

Hi,hopefully some-one can help me regarding previewing an entire project that I am trying to develop. The file is 448.245 kb which is slightly larger than I would normally create.  All i get when i go to preview the entire project is a spinning wheel.

Please help :)

Hi,

I was viewing it from inside the storyline file. I have managed to sort it basically by playing each scene to see if was corrupted. It turned out that that when I was exporting the quiz questions into the story file this was what was making the preview stop at this point.

I removed all of the quiz scene from the file, saved another copy and started again and it worked.

Thank-you for replying to my e-mail, it’s great to know there is some-one out there who supports any issues I have with Articulate 360.

Hi,

Thank-you for replying to my e-mail. I have sorted the issue by saving it again, but I did find the quiz scene had somehow become corrupted so removed that scene and started again.

Glad to hear it, Claire! You may want to keep these helpful reminders nearby to prevent any future issues of corruption.

Hi, I had same issue. I restarted but didn't solve the problem. I went through each slide and previewed each slide which is mentioned in another post and found the offending slide. I removed the offending slide, saved but still didn't solve the problem. I saved the file with new name but still didn't solve the problem. I closed Articulate 360 and then went back to my original file, was able to preview each slide, then I previewed entire project but I have a feeling this isn't a permanent fix and I will encounter this problem again.

So sorry you ran into a corrupt file. It sounds like you followed the right steps! Have you had any trouble previewing the file since closing Articulate 360?
