Undefined error when I'm trying to publish a project

I have an issue I already finish a project but when I go to the publish option  I'm getting an undefined error message . Is the first time I'm putting a project online I was following the guide that's already post but I have a questions how do I know which is my URL or the email and password that I need to put on the information , I though maybe the URL was wrong or email I tried different URLS and emails and still getting undefined error please help me
