An Unexpected Token Error occurred when my course was loaded to my company's Cornerstone LMS. I did not load and don't have access to the LMS directly. I'm just responsible for packaging the course for upload. I have been trying to troubleshoot but am clueless.
Thanks for reaching out here. I suspect the error message is specific to Cornerstone, but you may want to reach out to them to confirm. A few things that you could check into regarding your content, were you able to confirm that you followed the steps here to publish for LMS? Also, you'll want to ensure that you've published locally as detailed here.
After reviewing the resources, I think I'll need to go back to my LMS admins because I'm required to repackage the course after I publish. The repackaging step has been inserted into my process as I've been told it's necessary to upload my file. I wish I could explain more but I don't have access to the LMS. I will keep you posted as to future results.
Thanks Kim - in terms of repackaging, I'd look at using the "zip" option on the publish successful window, but it sounds like your LMS requires a different set up - so definitely keep us posted on what you find out as it may assist others in the community who use a similar LMS.
