Unify text

Is there a way to quickly unify the text size and font for all slides in a Storyline project at once? Thanks!

Hi Jana,

Welcome to the community!

One way to change to the font itself is by using the Design Tab and the Fonts dropdown:

After clicking the drop-down you can select a pre-set combination for title and content, or you can create a new them. Then, apply that theme to your slides.

Size can be a little trickier, but you CAN go into the Slide Master and set sizes on the various layouts and then apply those to the slides. The image below shows a slide where I changed the font itself as described above. Then I went to the slide master and changed the color and size for the Title and Content Layout, and applied it to this slide. The way to apply a layout is:

  • Right-click on the slide (be sure you're mouse isn't resting on any objects) or right-click "offstage"
  • From the shortcut menu, choose layout
  • Click on the desired layout - you can see the Title and Content layout is highlighted in yellow on the right here
