Unvisted pages in the menu

Has anybody encountered the following? If so, why does it happen? Were you able to fix it?
The learner goes through the first part of a course normally, visiting every page.
When they go back to view the menu, some of the pages remain dark blue as if they haven't been visited.
Here is a screenshot of the menu showing pages that are visited (grey) and unvisted (dark blue).
This doesn't happen to everyone and I haven't been able to reproduce it. Thankfully this learner screenshotted it for me.
Thanks!

I should also say, in the player properties box, I clicked "Reset from story". Since I haven't been able to reproduce it before or after doing this, I can't tell if it has fixed it.
Hi Chad,
I can't tell from your screenshot, but are your users viewing this on an iPad and seeing the behavior? If so, there is a known issue recently reported to our QA team where the menu items where not staying as visited. If this is occurring for you in another set up, can you please let me know and provide your Storyline file?
Hey Ashley,
This screenshot was taken by someone using Internet Explorer 9.
The file is a whole first aid course that is 540Mb so I'm not sure I can send it to you. Is there another option?
Thanks,
Chad
Hi Chad,
Have you been able to replicate the behavior outside of IE9 in any other browsers? I know you mentioned it was only a few users, so I'm curious if there is a commonality between how they've viewed/accessed it.
540 mb is probably too large for the forums here, but I'll send you directions on how to send to me privately. Likely if you're seen the behavior in Module 1 as it's listed, that's all I'd need to see - so feel free to strip it down if that's easier for you to share/upload.
Good morning,
I wasn't able to replicate this again and the only confirmed reported case is from IE9 on a PC desktop.
I just uploaded the file to you as a support case.
Thanks Ashley!
Thanks Chad - I saw the file come through. Are you publishing for web or LMS? I just want to make sure I test the same way you intend to use it.
Hi Chad,
Thanks for sending along your file. I assumed you were publishing for LMS, so I placed it on my SCORM Cloud account.
I tested this version in Chrome, IE11 and IE 9, and wasn't able to replicate the behavior you described and shared an image of. I tried to go through pages fast to see if it wasn't picking up the visit, and still every page was showing correctly in the menu. Since it's the one user, I'd recommend working to do some additional testing on that computer or logging in as that user on a different computer as that will help you narrow down the focus.
There are some known issues with IE9 and how Storyline courses tracking properly in your LMS , so you may want to review the following article for solutions.
Although, since it's just this one user, this is more general information and not something I think you need to implement.
