Hi James. Thanks for the example output! When you mention the left panel, are you referring to the Menu in the Player? Here's what I saw when I test in Internet Explorer:
On the left is your content, and on the right is my content, a 16 x 9 slide with the sidebar Menu enabled in the Player.
I can see that the lightbox slide is definitely scaling up more in your course without the sidebar Menu. I'm going to discuss with my team to find out the expected behavior for lightboxes and how they might be impacted by player elements.
I'll update this discussion as soon as I can with further insight!
I too have the player locked at optimal size. The lightboxes are still way too big when I upload to Review but look OK when I publish locally. This is troubling, as I was *this close* to deploying this project last week.
We are still working on a fix for this issue and we're looking at a small update to resolve it in the next week or two, but we'd love to take a look at your .story file to test and confirm. Are you able to share it here with us?
The issue with Lightbox slides that covered the entire course when the player was set to fill the browser in HTML5 output was fixed in the Articulate 360 update released today!
Take a look at the release notes here, and you can install the latest update from the Articulate 360 desktop tray application by clicking Update.

Hi Crystal,
Thanks for taking a look at this for me.
I was referring to the Menu in the player yes.
I tested my output in IE too and it looks fine but in chrome and firefox it looks a little off.
I've attached the .story file too.
Hi, Please see this thread for additional info and ticket results. The workaround is to change your player settings to be locked at optimal size.

Ahh didn't see this, thanks for sharing.
I guess this workaround will work for now but hopefully it gets sorted soon!
I have the same problem with lightboxes post-update. Will try the above workaround.
Thanks everyone for reaching out and to Traci for getting this reported and updating everyone on recommendations :)
I'm adding this thread to the report as we track user impact and so that we can update you here when we can.
Hello, Leslie.
The player, in my case, is currently locked at optimal size and still I'm experiencing the same behaviour.
Hi Julie,
Thanks for letting me know. Do you have a .story file for us to take a look at so that I can update the report if needed?
If you cannot share it here, please share here privately.

Thanks for letting me know James, I'll add this note to the report.
Do you have a .story file that we can take a look at?
We are experiencing the same issue when published to 360 Review only.

Hi Ashley,
Here is a stripped down version of one of the files in question. Lightboxes are used with Disclaimer and Help screens.
