Update 5 - quiz scoring not correct when viewing from an iPad

I installed Update 5 a few weeks ago. 

Now, when I publish courses and view the quiz results from an iPad, the scoring is not correct.  Only some quiz questions are recording a score even when I answer all the questions correctly.  The questions are correctly setup in the results screen and the quizzes work from Internet Explorer, just not from an iPad.

Is anyone else having this issue?  Does anyone have a workaround?

Hi Karen,

Do you have the quiz questions set up to "submit all at once"?  This is an issue our QA team is aware of and looking into as it seems that using the submit all at once and therefore not having a "submit" button on each page is causing this issue in the HTML5 content (on the iPad in Safari and viewing the HTML5 content on your desktop in Chrome). 

If you're course it set up a bit differently than I mentioned could you tell us a bit more about the set up or share the course file with us here?
