Although I do not have specific experience using an AICC file with LinkedIn Learning, I found a similar post that may help assist you in publishing this package to your LMS.
If that doesn't help, I have a couple of clarifying questions and troubleshooting measures you can attempt:
1. Is the error occurring in preview mode or the LMS environment?
If it's just in preview mode, then can you share your .story file with us either publicly here or privately in a case? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
2. If the error occurs just in the LMS environment, please test your course SCORM cloud.
If the issue still occurs in SCORM cloud, please share your .story file with us to investigate further.
If the issue doesn’t occur in SCORM cloud, then it’s something specific with their LMS. Please contact us for additional troubleshooting measures
