Updated SCORM (Articulate Storyline) won't play properly on LMS

Hi everyone,
I really hope someone can help me, as I haven't encountered this type of LMS problem before.
I have upgraded a Storyline file from an older version (unsure whether the course was originally created in SL 1, 2 or 3) to Articulate Storyline 360. I published the file to a SCORM2004, without changing any of the previously used publishing settings. I published it to a ZIP-file.
When I upload this file to the LMS, and I play it, the course starts without Issues. However, after the first introduction slide, it will get stuck. No error message, just the 3 loading dots.
Note: this is the third course in a series - the first two courses where upgraded to SL 360, published and uploaded to the LMS in the exact same way. These two courses work without issues.
I prefer to share files privately instead of in this post, due to confidentiality.

Hi Mirjam,
If you're seeing three loading dots that do not disappear in any part of your course, this usually indicates that a section of your project file is not finishing loading, possibly due to corrupted data or incompatibility between an object in your slide and the version of Storyline 360 that you are running.
One troubleshooting step that you can try is to import the slides of the affected project file over to a new file. If this does not fix the issue, we'd like to take a look at your project file to figure out what's happening.
