I have a file that was done in SL2. I made changes to this file in SL3 and published, but I encountered some errors:
1. The font should be Arial but some text has automatically changed to other fonts. How do we fix this once and for all as there are many slides to go through?
2. The background of the slides should be white, but it is showing as grey when published to CD. I checked the Player background and it is showing white as the correct colour, but why is it grey when published? How do we fix this?
As for the background colour I’m not sure if that has been listed before as an issue when publishing to CD. Hopefully someone else can chime into help with that one.
i know you said you checked the player background colour - just double check the transparency setting is 0% - some posts have indicated this could be an issue - didn’t specify CD publish but can’t hurt to check.
