I am unable to upload a powerpoint into Storyline 1. I have tried updating storyline, updating windows 7, and checked for updated for Office 10 which there are none. Does anyone have any suggestions?
You can check out our support article here for starters for the common reasons you may not be able to import your Powerpoint Presentation.
In addition, please be sure that you are following the guidelines for doing so and also note that Articulate Storyline 1 doesn't support importing content directly from Articulate Presenter '13.
