Is there a way to get the storyline file recovered from the published zip file? I published a file yesterday that had triggers that were working. I made edits to the file this morning, but now they aren't working. Attached is the previously working zip published file.
It may be better to revert to a backup, if you have stored it on dropbox or google drive you can revert to a previous version. Your network drive may do this as well, and even your desktop can dependent on the OS version.
Sorry to hear that! The good news is there may be a previous version of your project in your temp files. Here's how to check:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
If that doesn't help, we may be able to help you fix what you're seeing in the current version of your .story file. Can you tell more about how the triggers aren't working? And if you can attach your .story file here, that would be helpful, too. :)

There is no option to recover the .story source file from published content.

You're way ahead of me, Emily. I see that you started a new discussion and shared your files with us there. :)
